She was amazing at paying attention to my teeth as I have sensitivity issues. She took breaks between my cleanings to make sure to check how I was doing. The team at care dental is very proactive and professional in assessing of my needs. Dr Beniwal is always cordial and has a patient centered approach.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I initially contacted Dr. Ben’s office earlier this year to get a second opinion. I initially wanted to do denture implants, aka all on fours, or all on x different dentist, different name all in all it’s the same thing. During my consultation I was  adamant on all on fours, Dr. Ben explained to me because I am young, I don’t need all on fours, all on fours is pretty much for older people with bone loss. He suggested implant supported bridge, and when I had no idea what he was talking about he showed me pictures to give me an example and made me understand what he was talking about. I was so nervous and scared but he reassured me the end result will be perfect and if it wasn’t he’d make it perfect. I finally decided to go with implant supported bridge. After the consultation a couple weeks later I went in for my surgery, I was so scared. Once I was in the chair Diana (the wonderful dental assistant) explained to me everything Dr. Ben was going to do, and he confirmed what he was going to do as well. Dr. Ben told me I wasn’t going to feel anything and the worst part was the nova cane, and he was right, a couple pinches but after that I didn’t feel anything. After I was done with surgery, Alina went over post surgery care. I went back two weeks later for a follow up and everything was good, I was healing good. The most “painful” and lengthy part of the whole procedure is waiting four months for osseointegration. Dr. Ben did make a temporary for me to use while I waited but the temporaries weren’t pleasantly aesthetically and I couldn’t talk with it so needless to say, I didn’t use it and was masking around for four months, I thought I would be fine with that but when no one is really masking anymore you feel like an oddball with one on or at least I did. The office staff are all nice, and attentive, they helped out with insurance coverage, work notes, and appt confirmations (even though I wasn’t going to miss any) shout outs to Alina and Laryssa. After four long months I had my follow up appointment to expose the implants, I was nervous and scared but after receiving nova cane the most painful part of that procedure, a couple pinches like the first time I was fine again. Dr.  Ben also did my scans that day for the final step which was sending my case to the lab to have my perfect smile made. A week later my case was back from the lab and they called me to let me know and setup another appointment to go in…..and the rest is history. I’m so happy I came in for the second opinion, and so happy I chose Dr. Ben to do my procedure. Long story short I cannot express my gratitude enough I’m so happy with my new smile and you will too. If I could give them a 20/20 I would.
